At a time when US is sending its largest weapons order to Ukraine to date, totaling $6 billion, after POTUS had signed the US$95 billion military spending bill; and the hegemonic hulk being a rogue state - an underground empire weaponising the world economy - supporting a genocidal MENA state as a merchant of war profiteers (while suppressing its own student movements who want universities to disclose and divest their blood money) - with a Secretary of State preferring to using megahone to threatening a civilisation state what to do - at a time when the US is in the process of doubling down on Ukraine, though it will probably demand another offensive which will of course fail so long as Europe will be fighting Russia while keeping itself out of the mess.
The hegemon shall pretend that its capabilities are limitless even as they are obviously not, having loss the skill and expertise in fighting a real war, (businessinsider May 2 2024).
Meanwhile, an Asian NATO is encircling China (morningstar), besides having military bases surrounding China (firestorms July 2023; liberation April 2023) where warfare is remuneratively profitable to the ruling capital class.
